As a Security Officer - Flex Manufacturing Patrol in Curtis Bay, MD , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Flex Part-Time Security Officer, you'll use our exclusive Claim a Shift platform to view and Pick up open shifts based on your availability-giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining valuable site experience across various industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling designated areas within a manufacturing and industrial location. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential hazards.

Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access within the facility.

Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.

Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and/or actions in accordance with site protocols.

Assist with implementing site-specific protocols related to security and emergency response as directed by management.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
