As a Patrol Officer in an unarmed role at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. This position requires driving as part of routine patrols, so a valid driver's license is required. You will engage with team members and visitors, offering outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter of the manufacturing and industrial location to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity during patrols to the proper authorities or management.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and maintaining visitor logs as required for the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management.

Document incidents and daily activities in written reports according to site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

This position is primarily a driving post; previous experience in similar roles is preferred.

This post may have limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or a rustic guard shack; candidates who are comfortable with these conditions are preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
