What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and/or contractors with access procedures according to site-specific policies.

Monitor access points at the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and support compliance with entry protocols.

Verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises in alignment with established security-related procedures.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines and site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business areas and perimeter to help to deter and detect suspicious activities.

Document security-related incidents and maintain accurate records as required by site and Allied Universal policies.

Assist with emergency response activities as needed, communicating with appropriate personnel and supporting evacuation or lockdown procedures when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
