Performance Goals & Expectations: Gallery Walk-In Qualification Meetings Design Appointments Scheduled: Prospecting Outbound Prospecting to Blue Chip Prospects Nurture & Follow Up Post Installation Reviews Completed Touch-Back Calls to Closed Wash / Loss Opportunities Outbound Calls to Previous Clients (>1 Year Since Last Purchase) Responsibilities: Gallery Management Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-ins and scheduled gallery appointments Schedule in-home consultations for Design Consultants Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring showroom experience Restock samples, update product displays, and ensure showroom readiness Support local marketing efforts (events, open houses, etc.) as needed Top of Funnel: Inbound & Outbound Respond promptly to inbound leads Identify potential prospects & key stakeholders Cold outreach including LinkedIn, email & phone Schedule qualification meetings Qualification Meeting Conduct qualification meetings to determine cultural & financial alignment Schedule In-Home Consultations with \"sales qualified leads.\" Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality & campaign effectiveness Nurture & Follow Up Conduct touch-back calls to Closed / Wash / Loss opportunities Lead post-installation reviews to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback Make outbound calls to prior clients (>1 year) to maintain engagement and encourage reactivation Ensure client needs, concerns, and requests are handled promptly and effectively Key Competencies Coachability: Actively seek out feedback, listen closely, and implement changes quickly to improve performance. Drive for Results: Set high standards and work with urgency and focus to meet or exceed daily/weekly activity metrics. Customer Orientation: Demonstrate empathy, patience, and proactive communication when engaging with prospective and current clients. Attention to Detail: Complete tasks with accuracy, catch small errors before they become issues, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. Communication Clarity: Speak and write in a clear, concise, and professional manner; ensures clients are never left guessing. Time Management: Prioritize tasks well, handle multiple request effectively, and respect both team and client schedules.
