Package Consultant - Marketing (non-Adobe)

CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant - Marketing (non-Adobe) position for our client.

Location: Remote

Duration: 3 months

Duties:

Design, implement, and optimize marketing packages and campaigns across non-Adobe marketing platforms.

Collaborate with marketing, IT, and data teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing technologies.

Analyze marketing performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Support marketing automation, personalization, and analytics initiatives.

Manage cross-functional projects in a complex, enterprise environment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Provide technical guidance on platform configuration, API integrations, and customer journey orchestration.

Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

6+ years of experience working with marketing technology platforms (hands-on experience across multiple components preferred).

Proven expertise in marketing automation, personalization, and analytics.

Strong understanding of data architecture, API integrations, and customer journey orchestration.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have skills:

Adobe Certified Expert credentials (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform Architect, Adobe Analytics Developer, etc.).

Experience with other Martech platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Marketing Platform, etc.).

Background in data engineering or marketing operations.

Experience:

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in marketing technology consulting or implementation, with a focus on enterprise environments.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
