Our client, a leading organization in the medical device industry, is seeking a 2nd Shift Data Intake Processor to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Data Intake Processor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Data Management team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Data Intake Processor

Location: Cypress, CA

Pay Range: $18/hr

Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:30pm - 11:00pm

What's the Job?

Receive medical devices and accurately enter patient data into the system.

Process devices, including de-kitting and verification of patient information.

Upload data from the Patch device to proprietary software tools.

Understand and adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Participate in lean activities and 5S improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

Typing proficiency required, with experience copying data from paper documents into digital formats.

Computer proficiency, including logging into systems and submitting data.

Previous data entry experience is essential.

Recent experience as a Data Entry Clerk or related role.
