Description

The Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the office team. This includes managing communications, organizing information, and performing clerical and operational tasks. The role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive data.

Manage general office duties: order supplies, maintain records systems, and perform basic bookkeeping.

Prepare and format documents including invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements.

File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.

Handle incoming correspondence: open, sort, and distribute emails and faxes.

Draft responses to routine inquiries and communications.

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

0-2 years of relevant administrative experience.

Strong verbal and written communication.

Excellent time management and ability to work independently.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

This is a Contract position based out of Deerfield, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
