Our client, a leading organization in their industry, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of the support staff, assisting professionals and departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Decatur, AL

Pay Range: $17.00

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What's the Job?

Provide administrative support to individuals, teams, or departments to facilitate daily operations.

Use various business software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools to prepare documents and reports.

Screen incoming calls and manage correspondence to ensure effective communication.

Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.

Coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and support agenda management and expense tracking.

What's Needed?

Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Proficiency in business software applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
