As a Security Professional - Retail Patrol in Ammon, ID , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a bustling retail location. Your responsibilities include conducting regular patrols, staying visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and delivering excellent customer service. Mon01:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Sat01:00 PM - 11:30 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as instructed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and surrounding perimeter to observe for suspicious activity and help to deter unauthorized behavior.

Monitor entry and exit points, assisting with access control and helping to deter theft or other prohibited activities.

Document and report any incidents, hazards, or unusual circumstances encountered during patrols to maintain accurate records.

Assist with crowd management during peak hours or special events, supporting a welcoming and orderly environment.

Collaborate with store management and other Allied Universal personnel as needed to address security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
