The HR Office, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Legal Administrative Support Assistant for our client at Penn State University. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic legal office environment by providing administrative, scheduling, and front desk support.

*Schedule: Full-time

*Pay: $17.00+/Hour (Depending On Experience)

*This is a temporary position

Responsibilities:

-Greet visitors and manage calls with professionalism and discretion

-Coordinate meetings and maintain attorney and staff calendars

-Scan, file, and organize legal documents and correspondence

-Prepare and format letters, emails, and routine legal materials

-Maintain confidentiality and support daily office operations

-Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications:**

-Previous administrative experience (legal, higher education, or professional office preferred)

-Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling tools

-Reliable, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion

-Collaborative team player with a polished and professional demeanor
