What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the location to help to deter unauthorized entry.
Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with access control procedures and answering general inquiries.
Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and client management.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as necessary.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential security-related concerns and identify unusual activity.
Document and report any incidents, irregularities, or suspicious behavior observed during shifts.
Assist with emergency response activities as required, following established protocols for the manufacturing and industrial environment.
Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, management, and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
