About the Marketing Operations Team at Sam's Club
We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Project Manager who can breathe life into our brand promise within the club. Your role will be to collaborate with main sectors of our organization and our inventive teams to roll out marketing strategies that put our members first - positioning Sam's Club at the forefront of brand advocacy. You will report to a Sr. Project Manager. You'll ensure the successful implementation of programs across the Marketing department by aligning them with organizational goals, leading the development of campaigns/programs, securing leadership endorsement. You will be on-site in Bentonville, Arkansas at the Sam's Club Home Office.
What You'll Do
Own Creative Production: Manage 5-15 projects at a time, ranging from quick-turn ad hoc requests to large-scale omni-channel campaigns across digital, print, and in-club signage.
Partner with Our Agency of Record: Build strong relationships with external partners and internal teams to ensure flawless execution and alignment with timelines.
Master the Details: Oversee production schedules, including print timelines with vendors like Quad, and keep all stakeholders informed and accountable.
Adapt and Deliver: Handle ad hoc requests and pivot quickly when priorities shift-your ability to work off the cuff will set you apart.
Champion Tools & Process: Use Workfront and Airtable to manage workflows, enforce stage gates, and optimize processes for efficiency.
Explore Innovation: Bring curiosity and creativity to AI automation opportunities that can streamline marketing operations.
Learn & Lead: Shadow different roles, understand all channels, and grow into managing larger, more complex projects.
What You'll Bring
Digital Project Management Experience: 1-3 years managing creative or marketing projects, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Production Expertise: Familiarity with digital, print, and signage workflows, and an understanding of vendor timelines.
Agility & Problem-Solving: Ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate roadblocks, and deliver solutionsF quickly.
Tech-Savvy Mindset: Comfortable with project management tools like Workfront and Airtable; eager to learn new technologies.
Curiosity for AI: Interest in exploring automation and innovative solutions to improve processes.
Strong Communication & Collaboration: Skilled at building relationships across teams and keeping everyone aligned.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
