What you'll do...
The Group Director - Fulfillment Innovation, Automation Engineering will lead the future of autonomous transport and delivery at Walmart. In this role, you'll own the strategy and execution driving the roadmap for drones and autonomous vehicles that redefine last-mile delivery and transport across fulfillment operations. This role is at the heart of Walmart's transformation, blending cutting-edge technology with operational scale to deliver unparalleled convenience for millions of customers. This exciting opportunity will put you at the forefront of autonomy in retail logistics, shaping industry standards and influencing global innovation. You'll work closely with Walmart's Last Mile Delivery team, Fulfillment Transformation, Tech & Product teams, Supply Chain Operations, and external technology partners to bring bold ideas to life. You have deep expertise in autonomous systems , including drones and self-driving vehicles, and understand the regulatory and safety landscape.
Proven ability to scale emerging technologies from pilot to enterprise-level deployment.
Strong collaboration and leadership skills , with experience influencing cross-functional teams and external partners.
Strategic thinker who can translate innovation into operational excellence .
Advanced degree in Engineering, Automation, and/or Robotics preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is $195,000.00 - $370,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
