Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee one or several departments, including Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Receiving. The role involves holding current 3PL supervisors and warehouse employees accountable to specific metrics, increasing training, and troubleshooting issues in real time on the floor. The goal is to ensure measurable improvements, increasing shipments from 12,000 to 35,000.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations in one or several departments: Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Receiving.

Hold supervisors and warehouse employees accountable to specific performance metrics.

Implement increased training programs and troubleshoot real-time issues on the floor.

Work towards increasing shipment goals from 12,000 to 35,000.

Essential Skills

Experience in supervision, logistics, and warehouse management.

Proficient in picking, packing, shipping, and receiving operations.

Ability to manage warehouse operations and meet performance metrics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Department Supervisor.

Experience in a 3PL warehouse environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
