We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Chicopee, Massachusetts. In this contract role, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, data management, and communication while demonstrating proficiency in various software tools.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records.

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and other events as needed.

Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to create documents, spreadsheets, and manage communications.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and team members, maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor.

Communicate effectively in Spanish to assist bilingual clients or team members.

Support daily office operations by completing administrative tasks efficiently.

Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow.

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information.

Requirements - Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various tasks simultaneously.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively and professionally.

Skilled in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email correspondence.

Fluency in Spanish to support bilingual communication needs.
