Reporting to the Supply Chain & Logistics Optimization Manager the Supply Chain and Logistics Solutions Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing various aspects of our supply chain and logistics operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing efficient processes to enhance overall performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive operational excellence and cost savings, while ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout the supply chain. This will include domestic and some international evaluations. You'll be part of a highly-engaged team-environment of talented Transportation experts working to bring innovative solutions to drive processes for improvement in logistics. In this role, a typical day will look like:
ERP, TMS, and FAP Systems Support: Provide support and backup assistance for business systems, including FAP payments and inquiries. Perform regression testing, manage tickets, update testing scripts for compliance, and assist with vendor setups.
Process Optimization and Improvement: Analyze supply chain and logistics processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Implement solutions using Veralto Enterprise System (VES) tools to drive automation, standardization, and cost efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure mutually beneficial solutions and support system enhancements.
Project Management: Lead process improvement projects from initiation to completion. Use data analysis to identify opportunities, develop project plans, manage timelines and resources, and ensure successful delivery of milestones. Act as project manager for large-scale, cross-functional system changes.
Change Management: Communicate and support process improvements, providing training and guidance during implementation. Monitor post-implementation results and adjust as needed.
Performance Measurement: Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of logistics and supply chain initiatives. Analyze trends and recommend actions to enhance performance.
Continuous Improvement: Utilize VES tools to monitor industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Stay updated on regulatory standards and proactively propose process innovations.
Reporting: Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and progress to management and stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Marketing) to align process improvements with company goals. Gather feedback and ensure smooth implementation of new initiatives.
Participate in the PSI (Production, Sales, and Inventory) process.
Establish and meet SMART performance objectives aligned with ChemTreat Operations goals.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or 5+ years of equivalent experience).
Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, or Operations with focus on project management, optimization, and analytics.
Strong understanding of transportation, supply chain, warehousing, and business finance.
Professional certifications such as PMI, CPSM, or APICS preferred.
ERP and TMS experience required; Dynamics D365 and Oracle-based TMS preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
Excellent analytical and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and present complex information clearly.
Critical thinking, organization, and attention to detail, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
