As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Site - Flex in Mt Pleaseant, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Flex Part-Time Security Officer, you'll use our exclusive Claim a Shift platform to view and Pick up open shifts based on your availability-giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining valuable site experience across various industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies when needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution facility as well as its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.

Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas.

Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.

Support the overall security-related operations of the logistics and distribution location by maintaining a visible presence and engaging with staff and visitors as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

A valid Guard Card or security license is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
