As a Security Officer - Media Patrol in De Soto, KS , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer, where you'll monitor and patrol a dynamic tech and media location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while you deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication to everyone on site. You'll conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and contribute to a collaborative and people-first environment. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

Monitor and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns encountered during patrols.

Work closely with Allied Universal management and site personnel to communicate security-related matters as needed.

Maintain accurate logs and records of patrols, incidents, and any other security-related activities for the location.

Support a secure environment for personnel, visitors, and assets within the technology, media, and telecom setting.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
