This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and operations professionals to improve manufacturing processes, solve complex problems, and contribute to product innovation.

As part of our ITW internship program, you will encourage you to think and act like an entrepreneur. You will learn and develop through real-world job assignments, mentorship, and networking with a community of interns and ITW leaders. The position is located at our manufacturing facility in Lincolnshire, IL.

Your Role in Crafting Excellence:

Collaboration in Action: You, as an intern, will partner withthe talented members ofour dedicated production team todevelop and refine production processes,assistin project related to layout changes and quality assurance, and analyze process data,identifytrends, and present actionable recommendations.

Get ready to roll up your sleeves and contribute to real-time studies that transform observations into insightful data.

Your Qualifications:

Major Momentum: Ifyou'restudying Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Technology,you'reon the right track to join our team.

Rising Star: Sophomoreor Juniorstatus sets the stage for you to make a significant impact.

Educational Odyssey: You'vealready completed courses like Time & Motion Study, Computer Graphics, and Facilities Layout/Mfg. Cost Analysis -provingyou'reready for the real-world application.

Tech Trailblazer: At least a year of experience with spreadsheets and word processing tools speaks to your digital dexterity.

Explorers Welcome: Ifyou'vedelved into courses like Mfg. Materials and Processes, or Production and Operations Analysis,you'reprimed to hit the ground running.

Compensation Information:

The hourly rate for this position is $24.00 - 25.00.?Please note that this wage information serves as a general guideline. The company considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
