Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota

Type: 12 month Contract

Compensation: $94.00 - $96.00 hourly

Contractor Work Model: Onsite

System One is currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer on a 12 month contract located in Minneapolis, MN.

Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities:

Mechanical Engineering for natural gas/thermal generation projects

Power plant design

Construction support

Engineering oversight

Weekly travel to plant sites may be required

Mechanical Engineer Requirements:

8-10 years experience

Power plant design/construction, owner/operator, or EPC firm

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineer

PE preferred

Power generation experience preferred (combustion turbine plants)

Familiarity with construction environments
