We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Person to become a valuable part of our sales team. Your role will involve building strong customer relationships, promoting Ford vehicles, and guiding potential buyers through the car purchasing process.

Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor. Listen to their needs, answer their questions, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Ford vehicles, their features, and specifications. Stay updated on the latest Ford innovations, technologies, and promotions. Vehicle Demonstrations: Conduct informative and engaging product demonstrations, showcasing the key benefits of Ford vehicles to potential buyers. Sales Consultation: Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, financing options, and vehicle trade-ins. Address any concerns or objections effectively to close sales. Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Targets: Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership. Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation related to vehicle sales and financing applications accurately. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, managers, and other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process. Requirements:

Strong passion for Ford vehicles and the automotive industry. Previous dealership experience is a plus, especially Ford-specific experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-oriented with the ability to build rapport with customers. Professional appearance and conduct. Self-motivated and results-driven. Valid driver's license. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Benefits:

Pay: $32,240.00 - $95,455.00 per year
