Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team in Naples, Florida. This role offers an excellent opportunity to combine administrative tasks with bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities. Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and handling correspondence.

Maintain accurate financial records and organize files for easy access.

Assist the tax team with documentation, filing, and organizational support.

Serve as a point of contact for communication with vendors, clients, and internal staff.

Perform bookkeeping duties such as entering data, processing invoices, and tracking expenses.

Support payroll preparation and assist with 1099 documentation under supervision.

Handle bank reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

Learn and adapt to new accounting software and systems as required.

Prior administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Familiarity with accounting concepts and practices is a plus; training will be provided.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a willingness to learn new software.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and colleagues.

Basic bookkeeping knowledge, including experience with QuickBooks, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Capability to perform bank reconciliations and assist with payroll operations.
