Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in West Barnstable, Massachusetts. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication within the organization. This position requires strong administrative skills and the ability to work efficiently in an onsite environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and distribute meeting minutes accurately and promptly.

Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and clear communication.

Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and document management.

Collaborate with team members to enhance operational workflows and productivity.

Assist in coordinating and organizing events or meetings as needed.

Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing systems are in place.

Communicate effectively with staff and external stakeholders to address inquiries and provide updates.

Support the needs of educational institutions through administrative tasks.

Monitor and maintain office supplies to ensure availability.

Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within educational institutions.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in managing email correspondence and drafting precise and well-organized documents.

Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.

Ability to accurately record and distribute meeting minutes.

Familiarity with office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Capability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
