As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol in Dalton, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $11.41 / Hour

Wed11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Thur11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sat07:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sun07:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding as appropriate during emergencies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any suspicious activity and/or security-related incidents in and around the facility.

Assist with controlling access to designated areas within the location as required by site protocols.

Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or contractors when addressing access protocols and security-related matters.

Support emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal procedures and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
