Job Description:

Drive Casa is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our dynamic sales team. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales operations and ensuring a top-notch customer experience. This position involves engaging with customers, understanding their unique needs, and offering tailored solutions that align with the values and mission of Drive Casa.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service. Act as a trusted advisor to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and developments to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

Sales Process Management: Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial contact to post-sale follow-up. Ensure a seamless and positive experience at every touchpoint.

Solution Selling: Identify opportunities to offer value-added services and products that meet customer needs. Tailor solutions to individual customer profiles and demonstrate the benefits of these solutions.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement effective sales techniques and campaigns.

Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities. Analyze customer feedback and trends to inform sales strategies.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory. Prepare regular reports for management review.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and service, to ensure aligned goals and a unified approach to customer satisfaction.

Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly. Resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred. Experience in the automotive industry is a strong advantage.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers and team members.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to empathize with and understand customer needs and perspectives.

Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and closing skills. Motivated by achieving and surpassing sales goals.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Open to learning and implementing new sales techniques and technologies.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems. Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant applications.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
