Job Title: Administrative Clerk

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Administrator to join our team on a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our warehouse and team, with a strong focus on attention to detail and assisting the management team.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the warehouse and management team.

Assist in order picking and inventory management.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook and Excel, for daily tasks.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting to support operational efficiency.

Deliver exceptional customer service as needed.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.

Strong administrative support capabilities.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to effectively manage inventory and pick orders.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Work Environment

Work in a warehouse environment from Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, which provides a consistent schedule and a collaborative team atmosphere.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
