As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol in Seattle, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for staff and visitors. Your presence and strong communication skills will be key in addressing issues, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting a positive workplace culture. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.

Monitor for unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns during patrols and report findings according to Allied Universal protocols.

Collaborate with site staff and local first responders as needed during emergency or security-related incidents.

Document observations, incidents, and activities clearly and accurately in daily reports as required.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide reassurance to employees and visitors within the industrial location.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

A valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by TSA is required.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
