Engineering Co-Op (Spring/Summer/Fall)

Job Description Position Purpose: Support the design, test, evaluation, manufacture and procurement of components for the New Product Development Team. Essential Functions:

Provide design/drafting support for new product layouts, concept generation, proto@type evaluation and production releases using Creo 3.

Develop Power Point presentations for project design reviews.

Write Product Evaluation Requests for project testing

Write Proto@type Build Requests

Write Engineering Change Requests

Complete Engineering Change Notice documents

All other duties as assigned

Education and Training

Enrolled student working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Physical Demands.

Frequent sitting, work at a computer for extended periods of time

Office setting

Behavioral Traits

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Strong PC Skills (spreadsheets, database management, word processing) and proficiency in a CAD software are a must.

Strong numeric and analytical skills.

Self-motivated with good project management, organization and planning skills.
