What you´ll do

Responsible for product testing, lab report writing and presentation, customized products applications and product demonstrations

Work with application equipment to provide solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processes

Support customer experience hands-on in the lab and remotely

May support the laboratory work for interns for samples coming from customers

Responsible for products application / technical training and coaching of field sales forces and customers

Support projects for sales, PD, quality as well as members of the TCS field team

What makes you a good fit

Minimum Associate Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering or similar.

1+ years of application engineering experience in a laboratory setting (adhesive technology for automotive applications preferred) or additional education

Presentation and technical writing (PowerPoint, Excel, lab reports, etc).

Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

Analytical, mechanical, troubleshooting, organizational and problem-solving skills.

This role is office based and requires to be on site in the office 5 days per week.

The salary for this role is $57,500.00 - $65,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
