As a Security Professional - Patrol Banking in Elgin, IL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you'll use our exclusive Claim a Shift platform to view and Pick up open shifts based on your availability-giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining valuable site experience across various industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to create a secure environment by conducting routine patrols throughout financial institution locations. Pay Rate: $24.25 / Hour

Fri02:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Sun04:30 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the financial institution location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help to deter unwanted behavior and/or security-related incidents.

Communicate clearly with clients, employees, and visitors to provide direction and assistance as needed.

Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.

Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and local site staff to address concerns and support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
