Description

We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Grand Junction, Colorado. In this contract position, you will play a key role in assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Responsibilities:

Assist customers in locating products and addressing their inquiries in a friendly and attentive manner.

Ensure shelves are well-stocked and merchandise is properly displayed to enhance the shopping experience.

Operate and manage organizational systems to support daily operations effectively.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflows and resolve customer issues promptly.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold store standards.

Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.

Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.

Support promotional activities and ensure marketing materials are visible.

Uphold company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.

Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company practices.

Requirements - Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions.

Experience in merchandising and maintaining product displays.

Ability to operate organizational systems with efficiency and precision.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in team settings.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining store standards.

Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks and responsibilities.
