Title: Account Manager
Location: SAP office, North America
What You'll Do
As the Account Manager, you will guide the end-to-end creative development of assets supporting campaigns, events, and strategic creative initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring that client needs are met with precision and that campaigns and creative projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role involves overseeing coordination between in-house creatives, internal teams, and external creative & production vendors to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and creative initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand Strategy, to craft strategic briefs that incorporate messaging, audience insights, and campaign objectives.
Use strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to help achieve client goals and contribute to successful creative development.
Strategic Campaign and Event Creative Support:
Oversee the development, execution, and monitoring of high-profile campaigns and event creative deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, integrated media, digital/web, analytics, and design) to ensure timely delivery of campaign and event assets and materials.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and providing strategic guidance.
Lead day-to-day client meetings and communications, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Project Management:
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and deliverables.
Streamline processes and improve project efficiencies in collaboration with the team.
What You Bring
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 5 years of experience in an advertising or marketing role, preferably in a client-side or agency environment.
Skills:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate teams and ensure campaigns and event creative deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Solid understanding of global advertising, digital marketing, and event branding and marketing.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 84,300 - 183,700 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
