Fluidra is looking for a/an Kinaxis IT Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
We are seeking an experienced IT Lead to oversee the comprehensive implementation and management of the Kinaxis platform across Fluidra's global operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale Kinaxis projects, a strong technical background, and the ability to lead a diverse team of resources. This role requires excellent strategic planning, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful delivery of the program. Additionally, you will:
Program Leadership: Lead the overall Kinaxis implementation program, ensuring alignment with Fluidra's strategic goals and objectives.
Platform Accountability: Serve as the global IT manager for the Kinaxis platform, overseeing the strategic project roadmap, maintenance, and evolution.
Project Governance: Establish and maintain robust project governance structures, including steering committees, project boards, and regular status reporting.
Resource Management: Supervise and coordinate a team of both internal and external resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization. Design and implement a sustainable support and evolutive maintenance framework, leveraging third parties and/or Fluidra's IT capabilities in Pune, India.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for all program-related discussions, providing regular updates and managing expectations of key stakeholders.
Integration Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive integration strategy that aligns with the overall project objectives and timelines.
Technical Coordination: Coordinate technical activities between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment on integration requirements and deliverables.
System Architecture: Collaborate with solution architects to define the integration architecture and design, ensuring compatibility across all systems.
Data Management: Oversee data migration processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities, ensuring data integrity and quality.
Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve program-related issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of program processes, workflows, and configurations for future reference and audits.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to program activities and prepare and implement necessary mitigation actions and/or alternative scenarios.
Main Challenges:

Navigating a complex IT landscape with an aggressive transformation roadmap.
Ensuring business continuity while implementing significant changes.
Handling ambiguity and evolving procedures during the implementation phase.
WHAT WE SEEK
7+ years of experience with the Kinaxis platform, covering both technical roles and end-to-end management.
Strong understanding of the Kinaxis processes in the @context of a global IT landscape formed by other global applications, such as-for instance- SAP S/4 (ERP), Salesforce (CRM), Snowflake (DWH), and integration technologies (e.g., middleware).
Proven experience in managing technical teams and coordinating cross-functional IT activities.
Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Kinaxis certifications in relevant modules.
Experience with cloud-based integrations and APIs.
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
Ability to guide a team of technical professionals in a complex organization.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, ranging from business users to Program Sponsors.
Determination and proactivity, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to work in multicultural and diverse environments.
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities, ambiguity, and a rapidly changing environment.
Structured and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and investigation skills.

Ability to build knowledge and expertise within the team, acting as a role model.
Ability to work under pressure.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree is required in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
