We are seeking a Building Controls Project Engineer to provide essential support to the Building Controls Team in delivering successful projects to our customers. This role manages project information from initial setup through final closeout, including scheduling, material and equipment coordination, data entry, and report creation. You will leverage workflows and visual tools to ensure efficient team operations and serve as a liaison between internal MacDonald-Miller teams, suppliers, and clients to facilitate clear communication and seamless coordination. Top Deliverables in Your First Year to Be a Hero Foster effective communication, coordination, and follow-up among project team members and stakeholders. Track and maintain document management processes throughout the project lifecycle, from initial setup to project closeout. Coordinate project timelines with material ordering to ensure all document deliverables and deadlines are met. Maintain and update department standard operating procedures, as well as materials and training libraries, keeping them current and relevant. Manage and update department reports for the PM Manager and Director within system application
