JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are currently seeking an Event Planner & Marketing Specialist for a client of ours in Stevens Point. Are you a hospitality guru and a communication champion? If so, we\'d love to hear from you. We\'re looking for an Events Planner & Marketing Specialist to be the driving force behind client experience and marketing efforts at a fast-pacedand friendlyfinancial planning office. You\'ll be the key player making sure all client-facing programs run like clockwork in the Stevens Point and Madison locations. Your precision, creativity, and energy will directly impact the growth and loyalty of our customer\'s clients. This role is centered on creating memorable experiences and ensuring the office is running smoothly. Your primary focus will be on the execution and logistics of the marketing calendar. Event Planner: You will fully coordinate all aspects of client appreciation, prospecting events, and educational seminars. This includes the full lifecycle: Venue & Vendor Sourcing: Finding the perfect location and securing speakers/topics Marketing & RSVP Management: Creating invitations, managing the guest list, and handling all compliance documentation Day-of Execution & Follow-Up: Ensuring a seamless event and handling all post-event communication Communication: You\'ll be the voice of our practice, managing our various communication channels: Digital Presence: Overseeing our advisor and team websites and managing our social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter) Print Power: Creating our bi-monthly newsletter, managing the printing process, and handling all the final details (labeling, stamping, and post office runsatisfaction guaranteed!) Local Outreach: Coordinating local advertising and media relations Growth: Implement an annual marketing plan to meet ambitious client acquisition goals and manage the Prospect Database and Client Referral Program. Team Player: Provide crucial support to the daily operations, including cross-training in client service tools, greeting clients, and professionally answering the telephone. ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: We need an organized, resourceful, and positive professional ready to jump in.
