Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Kernersville, NC

Pay Range: $17.5

Shift: First

What's the Job?

Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently following Standard Work procedures and supervisor instructions.

Handle the physical loading and unloading of materials, ensuring productivity and safety standards are met.

Perform visual inspections of products to maintain quality standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area to promote a safe working environment.

Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.

What's Needed?

Ability to operate machinery and material handling equipment as assigned.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.

Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to work location rules and procedures.

Basic physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting and moving materials.

Open to entry-level candidates with minimal experience.
