Job Summary:

Performs a wide variety of duties to organize printed and blank stock for the lithographic printing presses and die cutting equipment in the Printing and Die Cutting Departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Aerate Loads of printed and blank stock for the Cutting and Printing Departments.

Remove printed loads from the lithographic printing press.

Bind loads of defective material for disposal.

Sort loads for defective material.

Replace Run Tags and Stop Tags in sorted loads.

Stage loads of printed and blank loads in the designated areas.

Restack loads when necessary.

Capable of lifting in excess of 25 lbs.

Participate in any tasks necessary to allow for continuous operation of the process.

Maintain the operating condition of any equipment used in the duties of this job.

Follow all Plant Safety rules and uphold a safe working environment.

Monitor the level of quality in the products being produced.

Comply with the Consolidated Standards for Inspection - Food Contact Manufacturing Facilities following SQF Guidelines.

Additional Responsibilities:

Collect Statistical Process Control (SPC) Data as required.

Participate in Continuous Process Improvement Activities as required.

Qualifications:

Basic math, reading and writing skills are required to perform this job. This is an entry level position.
