As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol in Three Rivers, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, help to deter security-related incidents, and remain a visible presence throughout the facility. Your role will involve monitoring assigned areas, responding to situations as needed, and delivering outstanding customer service through clear communication and professionalism. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by performing security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, keeping an attentive presence throughout the location.

Monitor entrances, exits, and areas of concern within the manufacturing and industrial environment, reporting any unusual activity or security-related issues.

Maintain clear and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations during patrols.

Communicate with site personnel and visitors in a courteous and helpful manner, assisting with security-related questions and directions as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
