Become Our Essential Front-of-House: Administrative & Client Services Assistant!

Walke & Associates PC located in Salida Colorado is hiring a dedicated Administrative & Client Services Assistant for a Monday-Thursday schedule, allowing you to recharge and enjoy your Fridays off.

Are you a highly reliable self-starter who thrives in a quiet, independent environment? We are seeking the welcoming face and indispensable operational support for our office!

This is a key in-person role, perfect for someone who can jump in and immediately help the team. If you are comfortable working independently up front and value a quiet, focused office environment, we encourage you to apply!

Compensation: This position pays $16--$20 per hour, based on experience.

What You'll Do:

This role is the backbone of our physical office, handling essential daily tasks:

{height="16" width="16"}Client Management: Be the first friendly face to greet clients, direct them to meeting rooms, and manage the secure collection of payments.

{height="16" width="16"}Office Operations: Handle the flow of physical items, including checking and taking out mail and managing bank deposits.

{height="16" width="16"}Document Processing: Scan physical client documents into our digital storage (NAS) and meticulously maintain all paper files.

{height="16" width="16"}Tax Season Support: Assist with the crucial process of assembling paper tax returns and ensuring clients correctly sign their E-Filing documents.

{height="16" width="16"}Office Maintenance: Ensure a tidy and professional workspace by handling light cleaning duties (dishes, sweeping, trash) and picking up office orders.

{height="16" width="16"}Self-Motivation: You are a self-starter who needs minimal supervision and is eager to find ways to jump in and help the team.
