Adecco is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Personal & Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations in a small business environment in Oceanside, CA. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and enjoys a mix of office-based tasks and hands-on support duties. From managing office organization and booking appointments to running errands and coordinating outside help, you'll be an essential part of keeping things running smoothly.

Schedule: 8am - 4pm (Mondays and Fridays required)

Primary responsibilities include:

Handle general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and organizing documents.

Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

Maintain a tidy, functional office environment; restock supplies and assist with workspace setup.

Prepare basic reports, print materials, or meeting notes as needed.

Assist with internal scheduling and calendar management for meetings, events, or deadlines.

Personal Assistant Duties

Run local errands, including picking up supplies, coffee, catering, or dry cleaning.

Book personal and business appointments such as doctor visits, car maintenance, or team outings.

Hire and coordinate with service providers and contractors (e.g., cleaners, handymen, tech support).

Help plan and organize small events, off-site meetings, or social gatherings.

Operations Support

Assist with light packing and shipping of occasional orders or materials (no large-scale fulfillment).

Unpack deliveries and maintain supply inventory levels.

Support team members with day-to-day task coordination and ad hoc projects.

Help with research tasks or sourcing supplies/vendors when needed.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or assistant role.

Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.

Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Reliable, trustworthy, and professional in both appearance and conduct.

Must have reliable transportation for errands.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
