Key Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

Assist customers and business partners professionally via telephone and email correspondence.

Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems and issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

Monitor the progress of delivery routes and process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.

Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner and verify haul-away pods and stamps.

Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills.

Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.

High school diploma or equivalent is highly preferred.

What's in this Customer Service Representative position for you?

Pay: $16.00/hr

Shift: Rotating shifts (Monday-Saturday with a scheduled day off). Shifts include: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, and 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
