Your Role:

Our successful Banquet Server promotes outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail-oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.

Keys to Success in this Role:

High School Diploma/Equivalent. ABC Certified/TIPS Certified/Serve Safe Manager Certification

Minimum one (1) years banquet and beverage service experience required. Experience with working from Banquet Event Orders preferred.

Able to work flexible schedule on the needs of the business. Able to work weekends and holidays as required.

Read and adhere to service specifications as outlined in BEO form.

Greet and welcome client representative and guests, responding to requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.

Participate in department meetings.

Participate in set up and break down of all banquet events and facilities.

Ensure guest satisfaction through the meal service.

Serve and ensure the service of alcoholic beverage in accordance with state, local and company regulations.

Maintains confidentiality with regard to sensitive department information.

Ensures accurate and timely delivery of food and beverage to guests.

Maintain safe and clean environment for guests and employees.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

Promotes outstanding customer relations.

Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. regularly.

Able to stand and walk for 8-12 hours.

Constant bending, reaching, twisting.
