Job Title: Financial Executive AssistantJob Description

Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and timely execution of payments and transfers. Support financing arrangements and manage outstanding debt, including intra-family loans, ensuring compliance and proper structures. Manage insurance and risk across personal, property, and health coverage; handle claims and confirm assets are properly insured and registered. Coordinate lifestyle asset management for residences, yachts, and aircraft, including purchases, sales, renovations, and construction projects. Plan and manage travel logistics in collaboration with the travel team, delivering flawless itineraries and exceptional experiences. Provide high-level concierge services, including household logistics, personal staff management, courier services, and special projects such as event planning. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, external advisors, service providers, and household staff, acting as a trusted liaison. Anticipate client needs, resolve issues proactively, and deliver tailored solutions aligned with family objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and excellence in all aspects of service delivery.

Work Environment

Hybrid work environment with Mondays and Fridays from home. Approximately 20 people in the office. Great company benefits, competitive compensation, excellent 401k match, and PTO.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Racine, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
