driven and hands-onProduction Supervisorto oversee daily manufacturing
operations in our new air handling unit production facility in our Data
Center vertical. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional
with a background in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business
Administration (or related field/experience) who is eager to lead, lean,
and grow within operations. You\'ll gain firsthand experience in
production management, continuous improvement, and team leadership while
playing a key role in launching and optimizing our plant operations. As
part of an 80/20-driven organization, this role will focus on
simplifying complexity, prioritizing high-impact activities, and
supporting rapid plant ramp-ups. Travel requirements: Travel up to 25%
for the first 3 months and will then decrease to 5-10%. After the
Franklin plant is occupied, intermittent travel will be required to meet
with customers, suppliers, other facilities, and Regional and Corporate
meetings. Key Responsibilities Production Management & Team Management
Supervise, coach, and support a team of production employees to ensure
smooth and efficient operations. Foster a culture of safety, quality,
and accountability through training and daily engagement. Manage daily
production schedules to meet output targets, deadlines, and internal
customer requirements. Collaborate with site leadership to drive plant
performance and ensure alignment with startup goals. Ensure proper
staffing levels and coordinate workloads for optimal efficiency. Handle
