This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with reporting and audit preparation. What You\'ll Do Perform full-charge bookkeeping functions. Process accounts payable invoices and check payments. Prepare and post journal entries. Reconcile daily sales, credit card transactions, and bank accounts. Generate invoices and process accounts receivable activities. Maintain financial records and filing systems. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare reports related to vehicle sales, rag sales, and other business activities. Support audit preparation and respond to requests from internal auditors. Process and track vehicle donations. Monitor compliance with accounting procedures and financial controls. Prepare vendor information for annual 1099 reporting. Work closely with the Senior Accountant and Director of Business to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
