As a Security Officer - Flex Manufacturing Patrol in Manitowoc, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Flex Part-Time Security Officer, you'll use our exclusive Claim a Shift platform to view and Pick up open shifts based on your availability-giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining valuable site experience across various industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help maintain a secure environment for employees and visitors. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities while representing Allied Universal.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial location.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access.

Monitor for suspicious activity and report any security-related concerns according to established procedures.

Communicate with staff and visitors in a professional manner to provide assistance and information as needed.

Complete required logs, incident reports, and/or documentation promptly and accurately as part of daily post duties.

Remain aware of site-specific requirements unique to manufacturing and industrial settings and follow all operational protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
