As a Security Professional - Industrial Patrol in Warren, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you'll use our exclusive Claim a Shift platform to view and Pick up open shifts based on your availability-giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining valuable site experience across various industries. As an unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for personnel and assets. Your visible presence and routine patrols support a welcoming atmosphere while you interact with individuals and uphold access control procedures. Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Day Time

Wed02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Thur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Fri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner appropriate to the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity or access.

Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity during patrols and promptly communicate observations to the appropriate contacts.

Maintain awareness of site-specific hazards that may be present in a manufacturing and industrial location, following all protocols and guidelines.

Complete reports and documentation as required by Allied Universal and client site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

Proof of a high school diploma or General Education Diploma is required by the client.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.

Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
