We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team in New Orleans, Louisiana. This short-term contract to permanent position is ideal for recent graduates with a business degree, particularly in international marketing or business administration, who are eager to grow their careers in a global events and marketing environment. You will play a pivotal role in supporting marketing initiatives, engaging with clients, and contributing to the success of our international campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution of global event marketing strategies, ensuring all activities align with organizational goals.

Create, manage, and monitor email campaigns to effectively engage target audiences.

Support the planning and coordination of events, including logistics and on-site assistance.

Collaborate with the team to develop and implement direct marketing campaigns that drive results.

Manage social media platforms by creating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement metrics.

Maintain strong communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.

Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing performance to identify areas for improvement.

Conduct research on industry trends to support the development of innovative marketing strategies.

Ensure timely follow-up on client interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.

Work closely with team members to meet deadlines and achieve project objectives.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with a preference for international marketing or business administration.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn, adapt, and follow directives.

Commitment to long-term growth within the organization, with a minimum of three years.

Familiarity with email campaigns, social media, and other marketing tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
