Our client, a leader in international trade and logistics, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Import-Export Clerical Support professional to join their team. As part of the Trade Compliance and Logistics departments, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth import and export operations, maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations, and supporting the overall efficiency of the supply chain.

Job Title: Import-Export Clerical Support

Location: Laporte, IN

Pay Range:

Shift: 8am-4pm

What's the Job?

Organize, file, and maintain import and export records in accordance with company policy and U.S. Customs regulations.

Conduct routine audits of shipping and customs documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Prepare, update, and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Access databases, and other company systems.

Support document retrieval for internal and external audits.

Assist with tracking shipments and maintaining shipment logs as needed.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.

2+ years of clerical, administrative, or data management experience.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access required.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
