Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Maryland Heights, Missouri. This is a long-term contract position that offers an exciting opportunity to support office operations and contribute to the efficiency of our administrative processes. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at handling a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain records and databases.

Manage receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and handling front desk activities.

Organize and maintain office files, documents, and supplies.

Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars for team members.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.

Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and initiatives. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in data entry and managing office systems.

Ability to handle inbound calls efficiently and with care.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Experience performing receptionist duties in a setting that requires precision and focus.

Familiarity with office software applications such as Microsoft Office.
